By the end of February staff will be able to access travel-related encumbrances as a part of Quantum Analytics encumbrance reports. Out of Pocket expenses and expenses paid using the UMB/TLC card, sometimes called the "ghost" card, will be included on these reports; PCard expenses will not be included in these travel-related encumbrances.
