Finances

All students enrolled at UMB pay a USGA fee when they register. Full- and part-time students pay the same $30 annual fee. Twenty dollars is used to sponsor campus-wide programs and events, to cosponsor activities and events organized by other students and campus units, and for operating expenses. The executive board and especially myself want to thank you for visiting this site, in the near future you will see a completely different site for Finance information, until that occurs, here are the important dates for Spring 2009.

Important Dates for Spring 2009
Funding requests must be received no later then February 4th at 5pm in the Office of Student Activities (Room 238, 222 N. Pine St) AND through email at USGATreasurer@lists.rx.umaryand.edu.  The funding discussion meeting is February 11th at 5:30 in Room 245 of the Student Center and the funding vote is March 3rd at 5:30 in Room 245 of the Student Center.  Both of these meetings must be represented by organizations requesting funds.

This year we've split the funding guidelines and the event itemization into two documents, you must download, fill out and submit both to USGATreasurer@lists.rx.umaryand.edu.

**Remember, within 2 weeks after an event, an event summary form must be completed as well as a receipt itemization form with receipts attached.

**Please print the sign in sheet and request that all students at your event sign in.  The attached spreadsheet has a column for name, school, and whether or not the individual is a member of your organization.  Submit the completed sign in sheet with the receipt itemization form within two weeks of your event.  If you have already submitted your receipts but forgot to turn in a sign in sheet please do so as soon as possible.  While the sign in sheet has not been mandated in the guidelines, it will serve to reflect the diversity and abundance in attendance received by all events and will be utilized as a reference in future appropriations decisions.
