Biography:  Melody Daroogar is Persian, was born in California and raised in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She graduated from high school in Dubai and went to UC San Diego for college and majored in general biology; she now goes to UMB's Dental school and is in the class of 2010. Melody has been a senator on the USGA since she started at UMB in 2006 and has had fun being on different committees including: Pennington, Appropriations, Public Relations, the Outreach Council and others. At the dental school, Melody is in Psi Omega, a fraternity involved with local outreach and community service. She likes traveling to fun and new places, baking, cooking, meeting people, hiking, going to the beach, Middle Eastern food, kayaking, working with senators on USGA and teeth!
