Spring 2014 Funding Packet
This version of the funding packet will be the only once accepted for Fall 2013 Funding requests. Make sure you have read everything and filled out all sections completely. Paperwork due on Monday, February 10th includes:

  1. Checklist A
  2. Forms 1, 2A, 2B and 3

The remaining paperwork comprising the post-event funding documentation is due within 14 CALENDAR DAYS of your event. This includes:

  1. Checklist B
  2. Forms 4, 5 and 6


Spring 2014 Funding Powerpoint
This powerpoint will help you understand the ins and outs of the USGA funding process. We suggest you review the powerpoint before the mandatory funding meetings and come with questions to ask our USGA treasurer.

Fall 2012 OFR Spreadsheet
Attached is a summary of the itemizations from the OFRs submitted by NON-SUPPORTED GROUPS in FALL 2012 for their events, as well as the amount the USGA funded for each item and the total for each event. This will give you some guidance in filling out the OFRs for this semester.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that this is NOT a guarantee that your group will receive the same amount of funding in this OFR round.  You should use this information as a guide of the items the senate typically funds and to what degree.

One of these meetings is mandatory for ALL requesting student organizations and USGA Supported Organizations. Even if your organization is considering requesting funding but not sure, please attend! Failure to send a representative from your organization may be subject to penalty as outlined in the Funding Packet.

Monday, February 10th, 2014
Funding request packets due in both hard and electronic version by 11:59 PM. Any late submissions may be subject to penalty as outlined in the Funding Packet.

Wednesday, February 12th, 2014 at 5:30 PM in SMC Campus Center, Elm Room A

Funding request proposal meeting. Attendance by a representative from all requesting organizations is mandatory. Organizations that fail to send a representative may be subject to penalty as outlined in the Funding Packet.

Wednesday, February 19th, 2014 at 5:30 PM in SMC Campus Center, Elm Room A

Funding voting meeting. Attendance by a representative from all requesting organizations is mandatory. Organizations that fail to send a representative may be subject to penalty as outlined in the Funding Packet.
