All students enrolled at UMB pay a USGA fee when they register. Full- and part-time students pay the same $15 annual fee. This money is used to sponsor campus-wide programs and events, to cosponsor activities and events organized by other students and campus units, and for operating expenses. To find out how to apply for event funding, download the Funding Request Guidelines and Application. The executive board and especially myself want to thank you for visiting this site. I am excited to help all the student organizations request funds for their groups. As this is my first year I would like to schedule a few minutes with each group requesting funds prior to 2/1. This is not a requirement, but I believe it will greatly assist both the student representatives and myself. The deadline for Springfunding request is quickly approaching, so please email me to schedule a time to meet!

Senate Funding Presentation Meeting – February 6th, 2008 Questions?? Email the USGA Treasurer Tom Dunn. **Please print the sign in sheet and request that all students at your event sign in. The attached spreadsheet has a column for name, school, and whether or not the individual is a member of your organization. Submit the completed sign in sheet with the receipt itemization form within two weeks of your event. If you have already submitted your receipts but forgot to turn in a sign in sheet please do so as soon as possible. While the sign in sheet has not been mandated in the guidelines, it will serve to reflect the diversity and abundance in attendance received by all events and will be utilized as a reference in future appropriations decisions.
