Biography:  Evan is in his 3rd year at the University of Maryland School of Law. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota. He has spent the past summer as an advocate and law clerk at Consumers Union, the non-profit publishers of Consumer Reports. Previous to that he worked in several law firms and at the City of St. Paul. Previously, he served as the Senate Parliamentarian and as a Law School Senator. He was also appointed to the Regents Work Group for Safety and Security in 2008.
