Women on Weights 

Eight week program where you learn how to safely and properly lift weights to prepare yourself for your personal workouts or a group exercise class.  You will learn creative ways to strength train your body and stay healthy using free weights, machines, body weight and more!


Two Separate Sessions:

Session #1

  Tuesdays - September 24, 2013 thru November 19, 2013

Time:  6:30 - 7:30 a.m.

Entry Fees:

  • $50 for members/students
  • $100 for non-members that are eligible for membership (INCLUDES membership 9/24-11/19)

Time:  5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
