Women on Weights 

Eight week program where you learn how to safely and properly lift weights to prepare yourself for your personal workouts or a group exercise class.  You will learn creative ways to strength train your body and stay healthy using free weights, machines, body weight and more!


Two Separate Sessions:

Session #1

Date:
  Tuesdays - September 11, 2012 thru October 30, 2012

Time:  5:30pm to 6:30pm

Entry Fees:

  • $50 for members/students
  • $100 for non-members that are eligible for membership (INCLUDES membership 9/11-10/30)

Session #2

Date:
  Thursdays - September 13, 2012 thru November 1, 2012

Time:  7:00am to 8:00am

Entry Fees:

  • $50 for members/students
  • $100 for non-members that are eligible for membership (INCLUDES membership 9/13-11/01)
