Fitness Training

If you need help with motivation or prefer personalized fitness instruction, consider one of our fitness training programs.

Our personal trainers and yoga and pilates instructors will develop an individualized exercise regimen based on your fitness assessment and goals. You will learn how to exercise effectively and safely during sessions tailored to you. In addition, we offer small group training if you are interested in training with a friend.

  2. Fill out this form. You will be contacted by Jimmy Mszanski, Assistant Director of Fitness.
  3. Complete our Fitness Training Packet. Bring the registration packet to the first meeting with your fitness trainer.
