Emily was born and raised in Virginia and is new to Baltimore and Maryland area. In 2010, Emily received her Bachelor's of Science from Radford University in Exercise, Sport, and Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Promotion and Education. She more recently has studied at Virginia Tech in the Master's of Public Health Program focusing on Health Education. In her spare time, Emily loves to travel, paint, run, or explore new activities with friends and close family.
Sean Kelly graduated from University of Maryland in 2011 with a B.S. in Biology and is now attending the University Of Maryland School Of Pharmacy. In addition to working for URecFit, Sean is also a pharmacy technician at the Johns Hopkins Hospital Originally from New Jersey, he enjoys playing most sports especially soccer and beach volleyball. Sean likes staying active and will often be found working out when he is not on shift. Feel free to say “Hello!” when you see him!
Brad was born and raised in North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina for undergrad before starting dental school at the University of Maryland Baltimore Brad has been working at URecFit since August 2012. In his free time, he enjoys exploring all that Baltimore has to offer, whether that is going to an O's game, going for a walk around the harbor, or attending one of the many events the city has to offer.
Dani graduated from the University of Maryland in 2012 with a B.S. in Psychology. She is currently attending the University of Maryland, School of Nursing, pursuing her BSN. Dani is originally from Parkton, Maryland and she loves leading an active and healthy lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, swimming, and kayaking. Dani loves interacting with the patrons and staff, so when you see her walking around the gym, feel free to stop and chat!
Laura graduated from Butler University in 2010 with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Minor in dance. She is currently attending the University of Maryland School of Medicine’s Physical Therapy program. Originally from the great Dairyland of Madison, Wisconsin, she enjoys taking road trips to new places, listening to live music, and hiking in her spare time. While you may have seen her working previously on the fitness floor, she is always willing to help out a new or familiar face!
Andrea graduated from Golf Coast University with a B.S. in Political Science and is currently attending the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Andrea was born in Euador and moved to Florida at a young age. She loves to travel and is currently seeking a career in the international legal field.
Linda graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. in Public Health. She worked as a health and wellness outreach coordinator before starting her career in the Dental Hygiene program. Linda is from China and has lived in NYC before moving to Baltimore. She enjoys cooking, singing, painting and dancing.
Sam is currently a University of Maryland, School of Nursing student who attended the University of Maryland, College Park. Sam is from Harford County, Maryland so it's no surprise she loves the outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with friends, going to concerts, exploring different places and running. Sam is new to the city, so feel free to say hi!

Matthew Cole, Aquatics & Safety Education Specialist
Matthew is originally from Nashville Tennessee and is new to the City of Baltimore. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Psychology from the University of Tennessee in 2011. During his time as an undergraduate at Tennessee, Matthew worked for nearly four years as a head lifeguard, swim instructor, and Red Cross instructor in campus recreation. During his graduate studies at Tennessee, Matthew served as the Graduate Assistant of Aquatics where he managed a large student staff and two competitive pools. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys cycling, Olympic lifting, and spending time with his fiance and their Labradane, Trace.
Dave Oglesby, Intramural Sports Specialist
Originally from Durham, NC, Dave completed both his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and his Masters of Education in Sports Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. Prior to URecFit, Dave was the Director of Operations for 3 years for the VCU Volleyball Program. He also interned with the Richmond Kickers Professional Soccer Team and most recently worked with the Richmond Metropolitan Sports Backers in event management and promotion. In his free time he enjoys playing soccer and watching college sports.
