• SIMS User Request Form and Instructions: open or save copy of the form requesting access to SIMS
  Note: If you fax your paper work, please send an email to Deno Tufares and Larry Masters so that we can look for it.
  
  Complete the online PowerPoint presentation on the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), upon which Federal education funding is conditioned.
