Group Fitness & Wellness Classes - Fall 2008

A variety of programs and classes will be offered this semester.  Please check back for any later additions or new classes that may occur throughout the semester.

Classes start the week of September 8. 

Fees are listed to the right of each program.  Anyone registering for more than one type of pass or class, receives a 20 percent discount on the second and subsequent classes registered. 

The first two weeks are FREE for eligible individuals to try.  Passes are still being sold and individuals with a Class Pass will have priority over anyone trying a class for free.  Space is limited for all programs.  Guests to UMB are never eligible for the free class.

The Group Cycling Class Pass (#1) allows you to attend any of the classes listed above for Group Cycling only.  This is a one time fee for the fall semester.  You may also drop in (w/fee) to a class provided there is space remaining once the Class Pass holders have checked-in.

Each Yoga Class Pass (classes 2 through 5) is an individual class or program.  The Class Pass is for a specific evening class (day & time).  You cannot switch or jump between classes.  If you are registered for a class (e.g. # 4 Beginning Yoga on Tuesday 6:30pm) then that is the only class you can attend with that pass.  You can register for multiple evening classes provided a fee is paid for each.  Anyone registering for more than one type of pass or class, receives a 20 percent discount on the second and subsequent classes registered.

The two Pilates Class Pass (classes 6 and 7) are individual classes.  The Class Pass is for a specific evening Pilates class. The Yoga/Pilates Combo Class Pass (class 8) is an individual class that meets twice a week.  The Class Pass is for this program only.  You cannot switch or jump to the Yoga (only) or Pilates (only) programs.  You can register for multiple fitness & wellness evening classes provided a fee is paid for each.  Anyone registering for more than one type of pass or class, receives a 20 percent discount on the second and subsequent classes registered.

* We offer Drop-In Lunchtime programs as an enhancement to our Group Exercise & Wellness programs.  As such, its Fee is structured differently. There is no Class Pass for these programs.  All currently enrolled UMB Students are FREE.  All other patrons are assessed a $ 2.00 drop-in fee per visit.
