Drs. Goldberg and Magaziner both have NIH funded training grants for pre- and postdoctoral trainees in aging research. Through their leadership, the Center provides its faculty and trainees opportunities to develop interprofessional research, access available research populations and data bases at UMB and UMBC for research, and enrich their knowledge of aging research through lectures, symposia and mentorships.
