• Enhancing the delivery of interprofessional CLINICAL geriatric care

The University of Maryland Center for Research on Aging in the School of Medicine is developing and implementing collaborative research and training in the critical areas of aging research and geriatric medicine at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) and the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) Campus.
Research and educational initiatives of the Center complement those of the University of Maryland Schools of: Dentistry, Law, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Social Work as well as the State-funded Geriatrics and Gerontology Education and Research Program, University of Maryland Medical System, and the Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System.
