Maryland Dream Act
University System of Maryland Nonresident Tuition Exemption for Eligible Maryland High School Graduates
The Maryland Dream Act allows Maryland high school graduates who are undocumented immigrants the opportunity to qualify for the lowest tuition rates at their public colleges and universities upon meeting certain eligibility requirements and submitting required documentation. Interested applicants must meet all requirements of the Nonresident Tuition Exemption for Eligible Maryland High School Graduates.
To apply, submit the completed form and all requisite documentation to the Office of the Registrar prior to the first day of enrollment for the term and program for which you are seeking admission. Documentation must be mailed or personally delivered to the Office of the Registrar, which is located in Suite 240 of the Health Sciences and Human Services Library at 601 W. Lombard St. Your documentation will not be accepted in any electronic format.
