Computing CITS is the central information technology organization for the University which develops and maintains mission-critical information systems and technologies. It provides IT services, resources and access to other campus IT related programs and information. Other services include CDigix, the UMB Digital Music Service.
Online Learning Every semester, more programs offered at the University are including Web-based tools. Blackboard is the courseware management system that the University of Maryland Baltimore uses for web-enhanced and web-based courses. There are 3 Blackboard servers available for faculty/student use, see more information about eLearning.
