MTA Commuter Benefits
Enrollment
Submit a completed application and payroll deduction card to the Office of Parking and Transportation Services (PTS). You must use payroll deduction to pay for the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) pass.
MTA Pass
You will receive a monthly MTA pass for the following transportation services: Light Rail, Metro Subway, and local bus system in commuter zones one through four.

Rules and Regulations
You must stay in the program for a minimum of 13 pay periods.
You must cancel your deduction two months prior to the last pass desired. To re-enroll, you must wait 60 days after your cancellation date.
You must return your current parking permit to PTS and de-activate your One Card parking pass prior to enrollment.
