Student Parking

Student parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee parking spaces for students. Student permits are for use while you are attending classes, not for overnight parking.

Residents

Students who live on campus are eligible for resident parking, which is valid 24/7. Pascault Row Residents will be assigned to the Lexington Street Garage.

Visitor Parking

Resident students may obtain visitor parking permits for parking after 4 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends at the garage where the student is assigned. For more information, contact 410-706-6603.

University Suites

Residents at University Suites interested in a parking permit should contact 410-706-5523.

BioPark

Students parking at the BioPark Garage, located on the corner of West Baltimore and Poppleton streets must park on level seven and above. Failure to follow this procedure could result in loss of parking privileges.

Students must return their permit/access card to the Office of Parking and Transportation Services at the end of each semester or when taking a leave of absence.

Costs

Student parking fees and available locations are subject to change. The fees listed below are for the 2013-2014 academic year.

To pick up a commuting student permit in the Office of Parking and Transportation Services (PTS), you pay $5. To purchase a commuting student permit online with mail delivery, you pay $6.25. 

To obtain a student permit for the BioPark Garage, you pay a cash deposit of $10. When you return the parking access card at the end of the semester, PTS will refund the deposit. 

The resident student permit fee is included in the annual semester parking fee.
