Bus Ridership Open Houses

When BaltimoreLink launched on June 18, all of the bus routes in the Baltimore area changed. The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) and the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) have strived to provide safe, reliable, world-class customer service since the launch and have been working with the community to ensure that riders can utilize the new system with ease and confidence.

In support of that mission, MDOT and MTA have partnered with the University of Maryland, Baltimore, the University of Maryland Medical Center, and Faculty Physicians, Inc. to host a series of Open House sessions. These sessions will enable the UMB community to receive personalized assistance with route planning and provide the opportunity to ask questions and review resources.
