Core Beliefs
ISLSI affirms the following Core Beliefs as fundamental to its mission:
- Social Justice: We understand and value human dignity of each person.
- Diversity: We value and celebrate the differences. Diversity allows partners to learn from one another’s experiences and thoughts.
- Building authentic partnership: We believe that the process of partnership requires shared leadership, responsibility and oversight. It is essential that all parties come to an agreement to shape the partnership.
