The President's Initiatives are joint programs between the President’s Office and the Office of Interprofessional Student Learning & Service Initiatives. The President's Initiatives include the President's Student Leadership Institute and the President's Symposium and White Paper Project.
The President's Student Leadership Institute (PSLI)
The President’s Student Leadership Institute (PSLI) is a self-driven co-circular certificate program focused on exposing UMB student leaders (or aspiring student leaders) to contemporary issues in leadership in order to prepare participants for professional leadership in a diverse and global society.
President's Symposium & White Paper Project
The President’s Symposium and White Paper Project is an interprofessional initiative that engages faculty, staff, and students from all of University of Maryland, Baltimore's schools and academic programs in a yearlong conversation on a topic that is of interest and importance to the University and its community.
