Users can access the UM Portal from the following web address: https://myumb.umaryland.edu. The UM Portal is an online gateway to campus information and resources. The UM Portal will provide you with news, activities, and campus information specific to your school. Some of the systems accessible through the UM Portal Authentication include:

| Q: | What is my UM Portal username and password? |
| A: | The UM Portal uses UM Authentication. Log in with your UMID and UM Password. For more information about UM Authentication, click here. |
| Q: | What do I do if I have unsuccessfully logged on more than 5 times and have locked my account? |
| A: | Your Portal account will be automatically unlocked after 30 minutes. If you need immediate access, please contact the IT Help Desk to have your account unlocked. |
| Q: | How do I change my Campus Contact Information? |
| A: | Employees (faculty and staff) and Affiliates can update their Campus Contact information from the UM Portal Page. Once you are signed on with your UMID and UM Password, click on the “My UM Employee Self Service” or "My UM Affiliate Self Service" tab located in the upper-left corner of the screen. Once you have accessed "My UM Information and Tasks," click on the "My UM Campus Information" link. For more information, please use the instruction guide. |
