Major Features of Exchange 2007:
Prerequisites to Implementation - Rollout Office 2007 Although Exchange 2007 will work with Outlook 2003, there is functionality in Exchange 2007 that requires Outlook 2007. If there are major issues with older versions of Outlook not working properly with Exchange 2007, an alternative to upgrading the entire Office suite, you can just upgrade to Outlook 2007 and leave the others applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) at the older version. If workstations are not upgraded to Outlook 2007, manual intervention will be required when users are migrated (because Autodiscover is not available in Outlook 2003 & earlier versions). | ||||
