Q:How much space does my account have? 
A:

Your account on the Exchange 2007 server is allocated 2 GB of storage space. 

Please note, in order to use the Outlook Client Cache Mode, the local work station needs to have 2 GB of space available as well.

Q:Outlook Web Access asks for a 'Domain' when I try to log in, what should I enter? 
A:

When you log into Outlook Web Access, you are asked to enter your Domain name and username.
