Campus Wired Network
| Q: | How do I get a new data jack installed? |
| A: | There are few steps to the installation process. First, you must contact the Information Services Department of your School. They will get some information from you and forward your request to Communications. We will come out, get the exact location of the jack, and do a written estimate. Once you receive the estimate, sign it, put the account number on it, and fax or mail it to Telecommunications (X6-8556 or HSHSL Rm 230) for the installation. If the estimate includes the activation by Communications, we will activate upon completion. If the activation is to be done by the School, please give them a call after the jack is completely installed. For more information contact (410) 706-8180. |
