UMnet Password Change Request Form

If you have forgotten your UMnet password and need it changed to a new temporary password, you must fill out a Password Change Request form.

For security reasons, online Password Change Request forms are not available.

Please visit the ASC Help Desk in the lower level of HS/HSL Room LL06 or call the ASC Help Desk (410-706-HELP) Monday - Friday 8am-5pm to obtain a temporary password. If calling, you must be able to verify account information, including the secret word/phrase you included when you filled out your account application.

If you cannot verify the information above, you will be required to come in person to pick up a temporary password.
