Phishing
Have you ever received an email claiming to be from your IT group asking for your email user name and password? Do not respond to it! What you have just received is a 'Phishing Email'. It is not a legitimate email message.
What is Phishing?
PhishingOften phishing emails will tell you that there is a system upgrade or that your account will deleted if you do not respond.
Your Campus IT groups will never send you unsolicited emails asking for your username and password.
