Annually, the IT Help Desk reviews the status of all active affiliates in the system. 

During this process UMB Sponsors are sent a list of the UMB Affiliates they are sponsoring and asked to indicate whether the affiliates on their list are still at the University or if they have been hired as employees of the University. 

Frequently Asked Questions

• An affiliate on my list has been hired as an employee of the University.
• An affiliate on my list is no longer with our department. 
• The name or title of an affiliate on my Affiliate Data Verification form has changed.
• An individual in our department should be an affiliate, but they are not listed on my Affiliate Data Verification Form.
• I received an Affiliate Data Verification Form, but I am no longer a sponsor in the department.  What should I do?
