myUMB Mail Registration Form During the transition between the UMnet and myUMB Mail systems, the following registration form should be used to request a new email account in the myUMB Mail system. Please note that users must have an active myUMB Directory Account in order to have a myUMB Mail account created. Download the myUMB Mail Registration Form -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Forms must be printed out, signed, and mailed to: Health Sciences and Human Services Library ASC Help Desk, Room LL06 601 West Lombard Street Baltimore, MD 21201-1512 Forms may also be faxed to: 410-706-4191 with a copy of a photo ID such as Driver's License or University ID card. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Forms will be processed within 1 business day, from the time the complete application is received. Applicants will be called when the account is ready. For security purposes, all new accounts require in person verification of eligibility. Once your form is processed, account information must be picked up at the HS/HSL at the ASC Help Desk, located in room LL06 on the lower level of the library.
