2. Old Business:       

  • Previous Agenda
  • Approve Minutes
  • NAHN Student Nurse Membership Update

3. New Business:     

  • New By-laws for approval by club
  • New Officers are as follows: Marianne, President; Dara Winfield, Secretary; Dora Franks, Treasurer and still Graduate Student Liason; Ana Duarte, Webmaster
  • New Faculty Advisor: Bettina Lee will continue until a replacement is found. 

4. Future of UMHANS:

  • Membership Representation at New Student Orientation on January 13th and January 14th
  • Student Recruitment possibly with UMANS?
  • Possible Committees for Next semester: Medical Spanish Class, Faculty Advisor Search, Membership Drive

 

 

Events & Activities

 

Our next HANS meeting will be held on Monday, April 11, from NOON to 1pm.  It will be in room 204W, the multimedia room across from the Nursing Museum on the 2nd floor of the SON.  See you there!
