eUMB with Campus Portal

Users of the eUMB-HR/Payroll system are the first group to use the new Campus Portal.  The documents below will help acquaint you with the Campus Portal and with a few changes related to eUMB.  If you need help or have additional questions, please direct them to the Help Desk at 410-706-4357 (6-HELP) or by email at help@umaryland.edu.

Access to Campus Portal and eUMB

  • Non-Employee (Affiliate) Access to Campus Portal
    If you are not a UMB Employee, but you require access to eUMB, you need an Affiliate ID number. Use the following instructions and form to submit your request for an Affiliate ID. If you have not already done so, you will also need to submit an eUMB user authorization form and     fulfill a training requirement to gain access to eUMB.

  • Access to eUMB (UMB Employees and Affiliates)
    To gain access to eUMB you must submit a completed, signed eUMB User Authorization form.  If you have not already done so, you will also need to fulfill a training requirement to gain access to eUMB.
