Minority Opportunities in Research
Created by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences, MORE administers research and research training programs aimed at increasing the number of minority biomedical scientists. Support is available at the undergraduate, graduate, postdoctoral, and faculty levels, as well as for education and research infrastructure improvements.
Society for the Advancement of Chicano and Native American Scientists
The organization's mission is to encourage Chicano/Latin and Native American students to pursue graduate education and obtain advanced degrees necessary for research careers and science teaching professions at all levels.
