Mindfulness Meditation and Stress Reduction Series. Mindfulness meditation is a unique way of paying attention that involves full awareness of the present moment and open-minded acceptance. Research has shown that mindfulness can be used to reduce stress & anxiety, promote clear thinking, enhance concentration, skillfully regulate emotions, and boost creativity among other benefits.
