| Upcoming Events MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION CLASS FOR STUDENTS! The Office of Academic Affairs sponsors a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Class for UMB Students once each semester. The class is taught by Carrie Burmaster, LCSW-C from the UMB Counseling Center, Catherine Kelleher, ScD, MPH, MS, RN from the School of Nursing, and Deborah Rejent from the School of Social Work. The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts over 25 years ago.
