Marjorie Forster announced that the upgrade to version 4.3.1.1 on November 10th was successfully completed. Dennis Paffrath demonstrated the changes and enhancements. Coeus training sessions will be offered once a month. The OnDemand Training modules are currently being updated by Maggi Smith and should be available soon. Training for administrators with the Aggregator role is mandatory in some schools. Remember, you are encouraged to contact your ORD Grants & Contracts Team to have each proposal pre-reviewed BEFORE you "Submit for Approval". Dennis also provided an update on access to the Awards module. Plans are for the Awards module to be made available on a read-only basis to selected department and school administrators within the next few months. Access would include award attachments as well as budget and other data. |
