Purchasing Information for Microsoft Software for Work-At-Home (Microsoft, Symantec, Adobe)
Paid faculty and staff of the University of Maryland:
Microsoft Software can be purchased and installed on machines that are owned by the individual, and must be used for work-related purposes only. Software must be uninstalled by the individual after they leave the University. Each media is encrypted for TWO INSTALLATIONS only on ONE machine, and they have a special key code that cannot be replaced if lost or oversubscribed.
Microsoft, Symantec, and Adobe software may be purchased in person by the individual at the Circulation Desk, and paid for with credit, cash or check, or may be purchased in person by the individual at the Software Licensing Office and paid for with a JE Form.

Must show a UM One Card at time of purchase. Must be an active employee.
Returns/exchanges are not accepted. All software sales are FINAL. We cannot ensure the software has not been installed or copied, and therefore cannot accept returns.
