What is an Upgrade License with Concurrency?

An upgrade license with concurrency allows customers who have purchased an older version of software with a license with concurrency to upgrade to a newer version without paying the full license with concurrency fee. An upgrade license with concurrency is only offered for certain products, and must be used for the same platform.
