Purchasing Information for Adobe, Microsoft & Symantec Software for Personally-owned Computers

Adobe, Microsoft and Symantec software can be purchased on-line at https://cf.umaryland.edu/software_sales, and paid for with a credit card, or may be purchased in person by the individual at the Software Licensing Office and paid for with a JE Form.


Where to purchase?

If paying by credit card:                                       

  • Paid faculty/staff (paid by the State of Maryland) and students (registered) can purchase software by ordering on-line at https://cf.umaryland.edu/software_sales

  • During the ordering process, you can decide whether to pick up the order at the Software Licensing Office, in Suite 540 of the HS/HSL, or to have it shipped to you via US Mail for an additional $10 fee.

If paying with a Journal Entry Authorization form:

Must show a UMB One Card at time of purchase.  Must be an active employee or student.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted.  All software sales are FINAL. We cannot ensure the software has not been installed or copied, and therefore cannot accept returns.
