WebEx Web Conferencing

The University has recently completed an agreement with Cisco WebEx to provide web conferencing tools to the UMB campus. The original motivation for this was to enable students enrolled in distance education classes to engage interactively with a remote instructor or fellow students. Each school has been allocated a number of licenses which enable up to eleven concurrent conferences or WebEx enabled classes with up to 1,000 participants each. A small number of licenses were also set aside for use by administrative units or to meet expanding needs.
