Document Management

The Center for Information Technology Services (CITS) has negotiated a contract with Perceptive Software to provide ImageNow software for document management at discounted prices. This software provides the ability to scan, route via workflow, digitally store, and instantly access documents of any type.

Any UMB entity interested in pursuing a document management project is encouraged to call Willem Bosma at 6-7370 or e-mail him at wbosma@af.umaryland.edu for information on licensing, equipment, and project planning.
