Document Management

The Center for Information Technology Services (CITS) has negotiated a contract with Perceptive Software to provide ImageNow software for document management at discounted prices.  This software provides the ability to scan, route via workflow, digitally store, and instantly access documents of any type. 

Any UM entity interested in pursuing a document management project is encouraged to call Douglas Bowser at 6-4857 or e-mail him at dbowser@umaryland.edu for information on licensing, equipment, and project planning.
