 The Enterprise Training Group (ETG) is a part of the Center for Information Technology Services (CITS). The training group designs and delivers enterprise application training courses; authors instruction manuals and user aids (both hardcopy and web-based); facilitates user groups; provides access to training resources for IT staff and others; and works with CITS enterprise application development teams.
