The Assistance and Service Center (ASC), a part of the Center for Information Technology Services (CITS), is composed of a Help Desk, Software Licensing and PC Sales.

The Help Desk provides support to faculty, students and staff for all UMB Enterprise (campus-wide) applications including:

Users may call the Help Desk at (410) 706-4357 (6-HELP from campus phones) or e-mail the Help Desk at help@umaryland.edu.  The Help Desk is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  For more information, click here.

The Software Licensing Office was created to assure the availability of site licensed or educationally-priced software to members of the University of Maryland computing community.  This office takes advantage of the University's purchasing power to negotiate the best possible price and value on volume software purchases.  For more information, click here
