IT Training/Enterprise Training Group
The Enterprise Training Group (ETG) is a part of the Center for Information Technology Services (CITS). The training group designs and delivers training—live and/or online—on campus-wide business applications; authors instructional materials and user aids; facilitates user groups; provides access to training resources for IT staff and others; and works with CITS enterprise application development teams. Current Class Offerings from ETG The CITS Enterprise Systems Training Enrollment Database enables you to self-register for more than twenty live, instructor-led training sessions on various aspects of administrative systems that you might need or want to use as part of your job. Blackboard Collaborate is a comprehensive online learning platform that combines audio, video and web conferencing.
