Faculty/Staff WORK AT HOME Agreement

The Microsoft Work at Home policy provides an opportunity for UMB Faculty/Staff members to install a copy of selected Microsoft software products on their home computer or portable PC. Eligible Software products include Microsoft Office 2000 Premium, Office 97 Professional, Front Page, Visual Studio Professional, or any of their component products, regardless of version. Please note that Operating System products are NOT eligible for Work at Home use.

I agree that these software products will be used for work related purposes.

I agree that all Microsoft software products installed under the Work at Home policy on my personal PC or portable workstation are for my individual use and will not be distributed or copied.

I agree that all software installed under the Work at Home Policy will be removed from my home or portable PC upon: a) leaving the employ of the University System of Maryland Baltimore, and/or b) termination of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement prior to the completion of the initial three year term.

I understand that by using these software products at Home I am not automatically entitled to overtime compensation. Any overtime compensation is subject to University policies and procedures.
