myUMB Portal Upgrade

On Saturday, October 10, 2009, CITS performed a system upgrade on the myUMB Portal application.  The new, upgraded Portal has a look and feel very similar to that of the prior version, but incorporates new technologies that facilitate the streamlining of certain “back-end” processes.  In addition, this upgrade provides a platform with tools that will make it easier for CITS to roll out additional enhancements in the future.  

During the upgrade process it was not possible to maintain the individual customizations that users may have previously set up for their content and layout on the myUMB Portal home page.  The content and layout of the home page for all users was reset to the default settings.   If desired, users can customize their content and layout by following instructions found at
