Center for Clinical Trials and Corporate Contracts (CCT)





The Center for Clinical Trials and Corporate Contracts (CCT) is responsible for developing and negotiating the following for the University of Maryland:
- Corporate-sponsored Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)
- Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs)
- CTA budgets and billing plans that comply with Federal Medicare regulations
- Corporate-sponsored Research Agreements
- Corporate-sponsored Research Services Agreements
- Material Transfer Agreements
The CCT, a division of Baltimore campus of the UM’s Office of Research & Development (ORD), is organized by primary function into three groups:
- Clinical Research Contracts (CRC)
- Clinical Billing Analysis (CBA)
- Corporate Contracts (includes Material Transfer)
