Jenny Owens

Jenny Owens, Associate Director - Student Communications, Assessment, and Special Projects

Jenny oversees the Campus Life Services websites and communications, aggregates student and operational data through assessment software Campus Labs, and assists the Assistant Vice President of Student and Academic Affairs with special projects and assignments.  She is working on her Doctorate in Information and Interaction Design at the University of Baltimore.  Jenny lives in the city and enjoys living life as a verb.

Katie Wollman

Katie Wollman, Coordinator - Student Communications

Katie assists in managing Campus Life communications, including social media, Campus Life Weekly, and various design projects. She is pursuing a Master of Arts in Publications Design at the University of Baltimore. Katie loves all things Baltimore and likes to spend her free time exploring the city.

Tom Fladland

Tom Fladland, Program Manager
  
Tom is actively assisting with the implementation and management of the Campus Labs Software, and also doing special projects for CLS. He recently organized and coordinated the Campus Life Services retreat, and is working on strategic goals and assessment projects. Tom is an active runner, but not a fast one! In his spare time, Tom loves to attend sporting events and concerts with his family and friends.

Mayr Afrane

Mary Afrane, Commuications Fellow

Mary assists in Campus Life Weekly, and various office projects. She is completing her PharmD at the UMB School of Pharmacy.

Catherine

Catherine Chen, Commuications Fellow

Catherine is a second year law student. She received her B.S. in Psychology and her B.A. in Criminal Justice from the Pennsylvania State University in 2012.

Sarah

Sarah Barnard, Communications Fellow

Sarah joined Campus Life Services earlier this year to help brainstorm social media posts, and tackle all of the creative tasks we can think of. When she is not on Facebook, Sarah is a student in the Clinical Nurse Leader program at the School of Nursing. In the little free time she has, Sarah enjoys scuba diving, ghost stories and fancy tea.
