Format: The league will be divided into regular and postseason play. Teams play two seven-inning games per day, for a minimum of 14 regular season games followed by an elimination playoff. Postseason play follows the regular season after any rain postponements are rescheduled. All teams in good standing qualify for postseason play. League: The league is modified coed. Each team is required to have at least two male and two female players. The remaining players can be of either gender. Divisions: Teams will pick a division to play (based on capacity). Divisions correspond to evening of play – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. There is a maximum of 5 teams per division. Most games will be scheduled on that evening of the week. There will be some intra-divisional games. Fields: Fields are located just outside the city in the Lansdowne/Baltimore Highlands area (Unger's Field). Fields Free Agents: Players looking to get on a team or wanting to find others who want to play IM Softball need to sign-up as Free Agents. This can be done on the Internet or at the UAC Office.
