 Many of the W.O.W participants walk several days a week. In order to help you keep track of your progress and the overall progress of W.O.W walkers I have registered the W.O.W Program with American on the Move. The program's message and goal is simple: move more and eat less by making 2 small daily changes -
- Take 2000 more steps (about 1 mile)
- Eat 100 fewer calories
You can begin tracking both of these daily goals and take full advantage of America On the Move once you register. To register for the program: - Go to www.americaonthemove.org
- Click "Join Now"
- Select "Individual" registration
- Use Registration Code: RUN5502
- Finish registering
That's it. Everyone who follows the above steps will be part of our group. This will allow you to begin tracking both of the daily goals and take full advantage of America On the Move. It will also allow me to keep a record of the overall daily activity of W.O.W walkers. I encourage you to take advantage of this resource. With the resources it offers it can keep you on track and give you that added motivation.
