How Healthy Are You?

The Departments of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences, Genetic Counseling and Medical Technology will be conducting Free Wellness Screenings

When:  Monday, February 20th

Location: University Athletic Center

Time: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

This event is FREE and all University staff and students are invited.

What's Going On?

• Posture Analysis and Assessment performed
• Extensibility Testing
• Resting blood pressure and heart rate screening
• Calculated body mass index
• Diabetic risk analysis
• Review of family medical history to generate family tree
• Informational Handouts provided

What Do I Have To Do?

• Come to UAC between 4:00pm and 7:00pm
• Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing in order to perform extensibility testing
• Try not to have worked out prior to assessment and testing
