Yoga and Pilates Combo

These classes combine the best of Yoga practice with the functional practice of Pilates, which focuses on core stabilization.  Quality of movement, alignment and breathing will be emphasized to help gain greater body awareness, improved strength and flexibility.

Class size is limited to the first 20 participants that complete registration form and pay class fee.

First two weeks are free.  Must pay by January 28.
Registration form or drop in sheet must be completed though.

Register for two or more Group Exercise Programs (Aerobics, Group Cycling, Pilates, Yoga and Pilates/Yoga Combo) and receive a 20% discount!  Discount is only good for registrations completed during August and September.
